Designation: Program & Operation Coordinator

Role Summary
The Program Manager will oversee the effective implementation, documentation, and administration of Gyan Shakti Vidyalaya’s (GSV) academic reinforcement program. The role requires strong organisational skills, digital record management, coordination with partners, and support in communication and reporting functions.
He/ She will be expected to work amicably and respectfully with the teachers and students, and will report to the Chief Coordinator of GSV. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and institutional credibility.

Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Records & Data Management- Digitize and maintain academic records of students, attendance, assessments, and performance tracking. Generate periodic academic summaries and reports for internal review and CSR reporting.

2. Partnership & Funder Documentation- Maintain updated records of partners, donors, and CSR stakeholders. Support preparation of basic reports, documentation, and presentations. Track program deliverables linked to funding commitments.

3. Communications & Social Media Support- Coordinate and upload accurate, timely content across social media platforms. Maintain a repository of school branding assets (logos, templates, photographs, brochures). Support creation of simple digital creatives (Canva knowledge preferred). Ensure consistency in branding across communication materials.

4. Event Coordination & Administration- Plan and coordinate school events, training sessions, exposure visits, and stakeholder engagements. Manage logistics, documentation, and post-event reporting.

5. Inventory & Asset Management- Maintain educational stock records (books, learning materials, supplies).

6. Monitoring & Reporting- Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements. Maintain documentation for transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in Administration / Management / Education / Social Sciences (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of Canva (preferred)
• Comfort with managing social media platforms
• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Expected Remuneration: 35000 per Month
